Makes your armor look like Dandy’s Uniform. Allows using the Excellent Hit and Excellent Serve skills. When equipped, the armor you previously wore becomes unavailable. However, hair accessories, weapons, and magical armor are not taken off. Cannot be exchanged, dropped, or sold in a private store. Can be stored in a private warehouse.
